According to EU Regulation No. 679/2016 concerning to the protection of personal data, we inform you that Doxa S.p.A. Società Benefit owns and will process personal data belonging to you, referring to the relationship between you and Doxa.
These personal data are and will be processed – with the use of electronic means and/or also manually – according to the law, following the principles established in Article 5 of the aforementioned Regulation in lawfulness, correctness and transparency, in order to fully protect your own privacy and rights.
Your personal data will not be used for other purposes except for those listed below, and will be stored exclusively for those purposes and not beyond time requested by law terms aimed to fulfil the relationship between you and Doxa.
In particular your data are used for the following purposes: (a) fulfilment of duties provided by law, accounting and tax ones included; (b) fulfilment of Doxa of any obligations arising from the contract undersigned with you; (c) advertising and/or promotional purposes, and/or for market surveys; (d) providing our company references by including your name in the clients’ (or suppliers’) directory and Doxa’s credentials, eventually together with the type of service we are offering to you (or provided by you).
Your data might be known and processed by following category of Persons in Charge of the Processing: professionals, support services staff, administrative services staff.
We inform you that providing necessary data for fulfillment of laws and regulations is mandatory and, in lack of that, we will not be able to supply our services. All other data are optional; however, in case of data necessary to the establishment and improvement of the relationship with our society, your denial to provide us with your data may affect the supplying or continuing of our services.
However, our services will carried on in any case even if you shall not consent to the processing of data for purposes indicated in the previous letters (c) and (d) of paragraph 3 of this information.
Your data can be communicated for the indicated purposes, moreover, to: (1) whoever is a legitimate addressee of communications stated by law terms and regulations (for example, Offices and Public Authorities); (2) whoever is addressee of necessary communications in execution of obligations deriving from the contract with you (for example: Banks, Credit Institutions, Insurance Agencies); (3) administrative management service companies together with Doxa works for the implementation of its own legal and contractual obligations; (4) our company consultants; (5) companies belonging to the Doxa’s network and other companies that cooperate with Doxa referring to the relationship between you and Doxa, duly assigned as processors, when provided for by law.
We inform you that your data may be communicated with your prior consent to (6) potential customers for the purposes indicated above sub. Lett. (d) and spread out with client (supplier) list and Doxa’s credentials in commercial documents, both in our offers and in participating to bids and tenders.
Due to the existence of IT and traditional connections with above indicated subjects, your data might be transferred to foreign countries, also over UE’s borders, after assessing the compliances with the legal provisions of the aforementioned Regulation.
